Story spotted on the @oswaldsmillaudio page - Not looking any prettier. (Certainly well short of a design model I'd seen.)

I kinda dig the design. But not for $200k. That arm is quite nice, though.

Had a chance to look/listen to one of these last night. Styling has changed substantially, the chassis is now a larger rectangular box shape and gone is the round arm base for a more traditional one. With a 12" Schroeder arm it looked really cool. As for sound, well it was on a system I wasn't familiar with so can't comment on individual components but it all came together exceptionally well.

You can buy a lot of everything for 200k...!!
Crazy money. But hey he obviously has a market for them as he can now sell you a complete in house system.

Well, OMA certainly make amazing stuff, but for $200,000 I would want to make sure there was not a trace of dust or pops on my vinyl. Maybe if you can afford to drop $200,000 on a turntable you could also afford a Vinyl Butler whose job was to clean every record every time it was used, or maybe employ a "record cleaning service"? Or maybe only use new records once and toss out?

Keep saving guys; US$360k for the turntable and arm, $400k with the stand and $450k with the phono stage. Doubtless you will have a suitable cartridge in Stores Dept.

I like the crane-like strut construction, but what was that arm that came down from a much steeper angle, with a floating pivot cartridge mount? Could they be combined?
