Although anything involving the Berlin Philh is noteworthy, esp B'hoven, I'd be interested to hear if the 'one-mic' thing is really a big deal. An oni-directional mic I'd presume? sheffield labs made a lot of single point mic recordings.
mercury living presence had their 3 mic/ 3 channel array.
rca living stereo were multi-miked.
i like beethoven but not a big fan of rattle or the berlin phil.

$299 too rich for me, even though unlike MW, I generally rather like Rattle and the BPO, and not necessarily together either.
