Based in Hong Kong, and as you say no cheaper than Tube Depot. Tube Depot are my default supplier to be honest, good selection at a range of prices, quick delivery. If they were local I might have been tempted ?

An advantage of NZD vs USD. And free shipping - if I am reading this correctly.....? (The Genalex re-issue tubes are now made in Russia, not GB?)

Tube Depot is showing them as $59.98 USD plus shipping, so not sure there is a saving there ? Anyone have any experience of these Genelux tubes ?

I am running a quad of Genelux Gold Lion KT88 in my Yarland and love them. The matching was excellent with only a very small variation between tubes when biasing. I bought these locally from a guy who had bought several quads of different KT88s from Tube Depot to try in his high end system and preferred the PSVANEs which were marginally better but considerably more expensive.

Thanks Graham,
I was sure i'd heard mention of them on here someplace. Might have a look at them next time I'm shopping for tubes (if i'm still using a tube amp by then....)

I've been running a quad in my amp since I purchased it , so very late 2009. Use the amp no more than 8 hours a week most of the time . Gives then around 2700 hours I guess. I doubt I drive them very hard. I will pick up another set in the next month or two as spares as I should have my Psvane quad here in the next week or so.
