For quite a few months now, you may have spotted that Analog Instruments Ltd's webpage is no longer online, although their Facebook page is still up. [ Update Dec 2019: facebook page no longer active.] I am advised by James (Grant) that he is no longer taking orders, due to the increasing demands of his other work commitments - although he is fulfilling existing orders. (You may know, James' main career is as a commercial airline pilot.)

I'd say its been almost a year now that the website has been down. I bought a cart off of James about a year ago and then he was devoting his energy into guns, so into arms of a different nature.

Thanks for getting that out there Owen, yes at this stage I've got three orders to clear but this won't happen until after some upgrade training I'm in the middle of. I dumped the site to slow it all down but still hold the website name. I'm keeping the company alive too as once my current training settles down and I've had a break, I can get things up and running again. I can't see this happening this year.

James, are just trying to make a supply and demand shortage? You need to put that kid of yours into production to make a few more arms!

Haha, I find it hard enough to get them away from their gaming to mow the lawn!

Do you still make 9" arms James or do I need to build a bigger plinth

James, I believe your Siggwan 12" tonearm is a classic, world class product and it sounds great on my Garrard 301 with macrocarpa plinth and digital power supply. It would be a shame if you stopped making the Siggwan altogether.
