These are mainly in the home theatre space which is likely suffering. Only a few produce disc players and upgrades in the HT receiver space must be reaching some king of plateau. 16K anyone?

These Audio Groups change hands fairly regularly so nothing new there. But having Masimo ,Voxx and the McIntosh Group open for offers in one year is new. I think it reflects the state of the market and where it's going. It will be interesting see where the Masimo Group go with their goodies. Also, good on Bose taking on the McIntosh Group, hopefully they will do a selective clean up on the products, Mac and SF have way over crowed their line up.

With the exception of Denon headphones, of which I know not, all those brands peaked musically decades ago.
Nothing but paper weights and boat anchors now.

Denon HT amps are still well regarded and were the best reviewing/measuring on Audio Science last time I looked.

Not a fan of the Klipsch Heritage range then? 😁
