Michael Fremer's review of The Wand 9.5in arm is out on Tracking Angle. It has taken many years to emerge but he really rates it concluding; How can something this inexpensive perform so well in every possible sonic and mechanical parameter—but especially in the bottom octaves? I don’t need an answer. It just does. But see the full review here; trackingangle.com/equipment/what-s-the-magic-in-the-wandSimon

Great result and endorsement. As an aside, "and a newer distributor in place—Profundo Audio (once distributor of Immutable Music’s no longer manufactured Transfiguration cartridges)— it is time to resurrect The Wand tonearm review." Transfiguration is no more?

Yes, Bob told me that the designer / owner of Transfiguration died (a couple of years ago). Sad as they seemed really special (and a really good match for my arms) Profundo now are doing Goldenberg which he feels has some of the magic but they are more expensive...

Thanks for the update.
I heard a lower end Transfiguration cart in a modest system but was really taken by just how captivating it was.
