I ordered a few LPs from this sale.
It's been a mission ever since to get them.  1. Firstly, the discount wasn't applied to all the items even though it should've been. 2. Customs held them because the total value was apparently over NZD1000. RAREWAVES sent them in 9 individual packages but looks like each package had the total value on it, so Customs multiplied total cost by 9. 3. Customs required all kinds of proof of purchase, photo IDs, invoices and proof of payment. 4. Forms rejected, additional forms required... 5. Customs released them, so all good to go... 6. But NZ Post didn't know about them/couldn't track them, so couldn't release them. 7. More forms sent to NZ Post 8. Finally confirmed today that they can be released. Maybe buying local isn't so bad after all!

I've got some digital discs on the way from them. Don't know why they don't send small orders in one package.

Yes.
Very strange a single box or two isn't used. They all seemed to come from the same place. And they all had the correct declared value on them, so no idea why some numpty put GBP102.83 into their customs system for 4 of the 9 packages and GBP46.86 for 3 of the 9 packages. This pushed the total value easily over NZ$1000, which triggered all of their systems even though the total cost was about a third of that!

I've got 4 discs on the way from Rarewaves and they were all sent separately over a few days which may mean they get them from a distributor or distributors. You'd think that airmailing them separately to NZ would cost them a lot more than together in one box!

Shipping was only NZ$12.99 per order.
But it's second class Royal Mail and takes about a month. And gets creased...
