Pleased to get a copy of this 6 disc set from Flying Out. The 40th anniversary 3 disc set was was the first in the Tull reissue series and the only one not to be in the now familiar long book format. This new release rectifies that and adds extra audio and video content along with a 100 page book.
I have 8 of the series but pulled the pin on a few.
Excellent buying on release, some of the sets are now commanding high prices into the hundreds of dollars.
In my opinion this is one of the best reissue series ever with well remastered audio including hi Rez , surround sound and copies of the original audio as well.
The books include feedback from band members, engineers, managers etc. All adding up to a comprehensive band history.
The price from Flying Out was pretty good, better than most overseas pricing.
Best of all this is my favourite Tull recording so many happy hours ahead.
Don't know if I should acknowledge that I also own two copies of the original 40th set. Prices dropping on those now, were around $200.
