Recently announced & shipping this month, the CAMBRIDGE AUDIO DACMagic 200M replaces the DACMagic Plus as their 'flagship' DAC-Headphone Amp.
- twin ESS Sabre DACs (1 per channel)
- balanced XLR and single-ended RCA outputs (no digital outputs)
- USB input + 2 x TOSLINK inputs + 2 coaxial inputs
- Bluetooth input with Qualcomm aptX support
- PCM support up to 32bit/768kHz, DSD support up to DSD 512 and MQA support
- 3 pre-set 'filters' (Fast, Slow and Short Delay)
- Class A/B headphone amplifier with 6.3mm headphone socket
Looks to me like a lot of features for the money:
US$499 / £449 / €499 / NZ$899
Steve Guttenberg AUDIOPHILIAC likes it, testing it by driving 4 different types of headphones.
(And also in comparison to the SCHIIT Jotunheim 2 Multi-bit DAC-Headphone Amp.)
" I like it. I like it a lot. "
