Bloody funny. Remarkably however, the ending will make you emotional & joyful at the same time. Brilliant.

Did I forget to mention the soundtrack music? Excellent. And Scarlet is a class act. As are Taika, Thomasin McKenzie, Roman Griffin Davis & the whole cast.

Isn't that a bit like the film equivalent of taking apart one of garym 's amps and cloning it!?

Personally I thought it was well made, creative, and the young boy was the star of the great cast. But it just did not connect in our household.

Isn't that a bit like the film equivalent of taking apart one of garym 's amps and cloning it!? Well what are the choices... I'm not going to sit in a movie theater next to someone with the flu and behind the guy with the big head and endless crinkly bags of snacks... Video rental is gone, and only a fool buys movies on physical media (sorry MW). There is not enough time in a life to watch a movie more than once, there is so much out there to watch...

I saw it when it first came out! Brilliant and searingly good. Is that available via Amazon Prime Video service here? If so then it is indeed an option. Searingly good? Not to universal acclaim. The critics are fairly divided.

with a few exceptions, not wrong on both counts.

OK if you have great home theatre setup. But usually the cinema experience, with surround sound, enveloping screen etc outways the negatives of Coronavirus potential infection!

But we got the projector, surround sound etc. So home is where the film is. 😍

Just like music, there are some films that are worth watching again (& again). Most, of course are not.

Yes, I'm either a fool or an exception depending who your talking too. I watch movies in 4k on a shiny disc as I want the best video & sound possible. I sell most after I've watched them and it typically ends up costing close to the price of one movie ticket which is a bargain considering there's usually at least two of us watching. That's what I keep telling myself anyway...
