I used to own a Linn Basik TT (with Akito tonearm and K9 cartridge). Its quite a capable turntable but yes, I imagine that the full potential of that arm would be wasted on it.
For that buy now price you'd think he'd throw in the turntable as well.

Sold my Dual 505-2 but still have the Audiolab 8000A and Gale 301's that went with it.
Speakers have come a long way in my humble opinion since then, and are more consistently VERY good. So even more reason now to spend less on speakers and more on the rest!
