So all your positive comments about the Lyra Delos caused me to think about why I was not too enthusiastic about it...
I realised that every single review I saw praised the cartridge but in the same breath mentioned how critical it was to set the thing up. At that point I knew I was entering a world of pain and tension (was it set up correctly...) and that put me off.

I have the Dynavector XX2 Mk2 and don’t really find it bass-heavy, more bass-accurate. It’s very detailed but musical at the same time. I can’t say it’s a warm sound, other cartridges are warmer. But in my system warmth isn’t something I need more of. The valves see to that.

The Delos set up is a doddle in comparison. Any microridge line contact stylus shape is more sensitive to proper alignment. But that's why there are also better gains, sweeter more accurate treble.

The Lyras are nice, but can be a bit 'spotlit' in my experience. I have a Lydian that occasionally gets a run, but I always end up swapping it back out relatively soon. Not analytical like the higher end Lyras though, but certainly not lush like a Koetsu.

I went from a DV20XL to the XX2 and found it a worth while improvement in detail presentation with a lighter, cleaner touch then the DV20. I don't find it a particularly warm sound either, i think both my Hana's lean a little more in that direction although to be fair I've only played a couple of sides with the ML.

Well I'm down to 2 cartridges now.
If I'm going to shell out $2k I want to hear it in my system.
A sample Hana ML is on its way and I'm waiting on Terry for a reply on the EAT Jo No5.

So both Terry and Simon have come through handsomely!
They are sending me their demo samples (very low mileage, etc, etc)
So from me a definite "Chapeau" moment to them.

Well, I have the two cartridges to assess. I will start a separate thread on those.
With pictures...

After a long period of assessment, deliberation and reflection I have come to a conclusion.
I love the Hana for its incisiveness, its ability to dance, and it's poise. It is indeed a brilliant cartridge.
The Jo is much subtler in its way as it exposes the inner workings of any piece, it is quite shocking in its ability to surprise however it took me some time to realise how it opened up the music and allowed instruments to breath. This musicality is what I prize the most.
I have bought the Jo, and have with much regret and no little sadness parted with the Hana.

nice conclusions jon,
did you receive run-in demo samples or brand new cartridges ?

Each had around 10 hours... not sure what that qualifies as.

How well does the Hana ML work on an ITTOK on Sondek? Anyone have any experience or recommendations?

No idea sorry, last LP12 I did battle with had an akito with an old K9 which I replaced with a Goldring E1 which sounded superb. Im sure that either simon or myself would be only too happy to send you an ML to try for yourself ?

Replied. Will pack it up over the weekend and send it off for you. At the rate that freight is moving at the moment, you might have it by Christmas.
