I have two tested pairs of 45 valves for sale:

Black sooty plates
Early pair with plain original boxes. These have only been used when tested and are NOS.

Black plates
Purchased from Singerhouse Sound in the US. Both are perfectly matched and test well above the minimum for a new 45.
