Minor drawbacks, possibly an improved version to come?...

I'm not much of an in-ear person but wireless is becoming the thing.
I like SONY's compact, elegant carry-case packaging, for when you are travelling or just on the move.

Despite the 3 at the end of the model number (XM3) this is the second version, named XM3 I believe to be aligned to the full sized ones (WH-1000XM3).

The trouble with in-ears is that no two ears are the same, so while one person might have a good fit, another won't.
