That's pretty nice engineering, the fits are extremely accurate, how do they do it? Maybe make one half & mould the 2nd half from the first.

Ah yes, in a past engineering life have used a wire EDM to cut plastics extrusion dies.

Hi Colin,
Basically a hole going through a piece of plate. Plate is grounded, wire goes through hole. Voltage goes through wire, spark goes from wire to plate and eats away piece of plate.
Theres probably a video somewhere on you tube ?
