Recently purchased a Klipsch The Three speaker for my bedroom system, mainly for background music when I dont feel like using headphones. Main source in the system is a Rega Saturn cdp. The RCA out currently are used to feed the Violectric headphone amp and I'm looking at the remaining outputs on the Rega, which are labeled digital and optical out. I'd rather not have to swap cables around every time I want to change between speaker or headphones.
The Klipsch has RCA inputs and another single line in which I'm guessing can be used for a DAP or similar.
Question is, can I use the digital out on the Rega to the single line in on the Klipsch and if so is there a special cable needed.
Still waiting on the Klipsch to arrive so trying to have things sorted before hand.
