SME launched this "Synergy" TT at High End Munich 2018, the company's first new turntable since it introduced the Model 15 in 2015.

- Built-in battery powered phono preamplifier
- SME IV tone arm
- Parts from the Model 10 turntable (motor, platter) with new three-point suspension

not feeling any love

I've much admiration for the SME company, but their TT designs don't tickle my fancy, aesthetically anyway.
Not a big fan of rubber bands.

ditto, at least rubber bands aren't springs that go boing !

there are so many effective third party isolation systems now that building one into a turntble seems limiting.
