omg ! this 2 tonne, beast of a car eats ferraris and porsches for snacks. fyi ... 4.0 v8 hot v twinturbo, 450kw/750nm, 0-100kmh 3.7 sec i was fortunate enough to have one over the weekend and it was endless fun. in typical german fashion it was a bit soulless and severely lacking in driver feedback. docile as your granny's corolla but slap it in sport mode and the thing is like a dtm touring car ! listen to this vid

In a straight line maybe not, do you think?.... (6.2L supercharged V8, fibreglass bodies, alloy suspension, only 1500kgs)

maybe... maybe not ... those are 0-60mph times, source ? 0-100kmh (62mph) can easily add 0.5 sec, especially for modern manuals, few would get to 100kmh with one gear change ? better chance with an auto or something with sky high gearing, probably one of those 'vetes ! lol then there's the question of awd traction vs rwd. there's zero slack in the rs6 drivetrain, no launch control either, it just hooksup and flies. 2014 c7 at manfeild after he kissed the tyre wall
