If a record has the words "Marketed by WEA Records Limited, PO 2915, Auckland, New Zealand" at the bottom of the the album cover, does that mean the record was a NZ stamper? It also says WEA Records Ltd on the actual record itself, in what looks like a different font, but doesn't say "NZ"?

most likely a nz pressing.
back in the day some companies, notably warners group, reproduced overseas artwork exactly, i've got several records on the elektra musician which from looking at the cover appear to be us pressings. but look on the record label and "made in new zealand".
another clue is the quality of cardboard. look inside the jacket, us etc usually uses whiter card, aus/nz use plain brown cardboard. also aus/nz jackets are slightly smaller.

Excellent. Indeed, it is plain brown cardboard inside! Compared to other discs.
Also I've just noticed, looking a second time, a tiny Whitcoulls insignia in the bottom left hand corner. They must've provided the card!

provided the card and probably printed it too !
the company has history in publishing, printing and packaging.

bounders.
the vinyl sounds quite "quiet" and g. imaging but compared to other discs just doesn't have the dynamics. (never mind can always hear it on flac cd and youtube).

it sounds good. a clean pressing with no wobblies or extraneous noise. there's good tonality with slight hf roll off, bass goes down with authority. natural dynamics. imaging is narrow, confined to boundaries of the speakers, dimensionality is a bit limited. overall not bad for a 70s lp.

Thanks. I've not seen a UK copy. Both these photos not very good. Would be good to have a US copy.
