Wishing all forum users, members & guests, a nice, safe Xmas break - unless of course you are working during this time (in which case I trust you'll still get your holiday time).
You all keep this forum buzzing.
Earlier his year, the Covid 'lockdowns' (worldwide) gave rise to a 'boost' in online activity & our forum page-views jumped accordingly also.
That aside, in general, forum daily activity has grown perhaps 60-70% - both from logged-in members & from 'guest' views.
Registered member numbers have again grown 25% in 2020.
It feels unusual to have virtually the entire population of this country 'at home' this year.
No doubt the roads, camp-sites, the outdoors generally will be populated with social-distanced holidayers, so take care & remember to Covid-trace.
Enjoy, don't take for granted the social life that many other countries are currently restricted from enjoying.
I will be hoping to keep a few vacuum & silicon devices warm, catch up on some sounds, maybe some video or even stream some Netfix (not my account ) & even Spotify (shock, horror).
The Covid situation has certainly impacted our areas of interest in 2020 & we wait to see how permanent & life-changing some of these 'new directions' will be.
Embrace change, I say
