Judging by the distance those speakers are apart, that must be quite a big room they are in ?

Yes the room is around 6m W x 10m L, a basement room previously used by the previous owner as a glass-artist's studio. Now used by this owner as a music room, for piano-playing & music gatherings.

That is a big room for a pair of 57s. Concrete walls I assume ? Enough volume ?

All wall are Gib plasterboard lined (except for windows & some glass doors. Ceiling height is not high, the usual 2.4m or so.
