That's an impressive battery life. Must be a Lithium-ion.
Co-worker has an old Leaf which must be planned around where the nearest charging station is in order to safely get home!

We have a '2nd Generation' Leaf (2013 model), which had 175kms range on paper (~150kms real world), which has been fine for a 60km daily return commute. We've taken it to Waikaremoana-Lake Karapiro & a few trips to Whangaruru-Bland Bay - no problem, plenty of 'fast-charging' stations on main routes. At end-Jan, we head to Rotorua in it for a wedding. The 24kWh batt capacity/range has degraded a few % over the last 3-4 yrs (just like a cellph).

Good to hear your battery is holding up. Wedding in Rottensewer...you poor thing... I lived there for about 5 years in the 90's. The sulphur is not a friend of electronics Will probably lessen your car's life.

all that sulphur not so good for carbon based life forms either. $70k will only get you into a kia 289, the 455 is $76k
