Not sure where to put this- anyone having delivery issues with Amazon UK recently? In December I ordered a boxset and CD, on Jan 24 I get an email saying it was returned from the carrier and they issued a refund. I re-ordered same day and it's still not here. Another order placed mid-Feb arrived ok. Another order placed on Feb 25 was dispatched Feb 27, but yesterday I get this email "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we're unable to deliver your order # 206-8655550-xxxxxxx but have issued a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible." followed this morning by "Thank you for returning the item below. We’ve received the item and your return is now complete." I've been ordering from there for well over a decade, and lived at the same address for over 40 years.... not sure what's going on.

Welcome zigg - 1) Amazon return system can be convoluted but it seems to work OK - in a case like this, it probably best if you can message a human being - eg via their 'Help' system 2) Was this a movie item? Or shall we relocate the thread to say Hifi General?

I think they've slowly got worse since they started using I-Parcel. Going by their tracking some of my recent purchases sit in a warehouse for up to a couple of weeks after collection before being on sent to NZ. I guess we get what we pay for with their very low freight costs. Cds/DVDs etc not so bad as they still go via post rather than a courier system.

First order was a TV series boxset + music CD, latest order a TV series & CD, which I just received another email "We are pleased to report that the following item will dispatch sooner than expected".. which they'd gone to the trouble of refunding me and resending anyway... weird. Used to get stuff delivered within 5-10 days from them, usually had a longer wait with the US site via that horrible I-Parcel.
