Something to use the fibre for at ballpark 50 Mbits/s for streaming 8K.

No sources. No point...
Can you imagine watching a Sky TV signal that offers less that 1,000,000 pixels to a TV with a resolution that high? 8K is really aimed at the commercial market where massive pro panels need to be as sharp as possible and current tech doesn't allow it.
