This is not really a 'cable', but Power Strip or Power Board, as we usually call them over here. This reviewed product is actually a 'noise filter' or 'power conditioner' type power strip. Made in China, around US$170?. I don't use them (power strips nor power 'conditioners'), but it Makes for good food for thought. Zero Fidelity does not try to be an 'audiophile's audiophile', more of a straight-talking, straight-up kind of average guy. However he does have a sales background in the AV industry, so he does seem to know his tech non-BS from the tech BS. I like him.

Yeah but any snake oil salesman would have said (verbatim) what that dude did. Not saying I disbelieve, because I've built and sold audiophile power cables, but his post means nothing! Actually less than nothing!

have you tried naim style tapon plugs ?
a naimie friend swears by them.
i tried it with my krell years ago and the difference was not beneficial.

I have a few tapons on my gear.Just don't like stacking too many!
Asking because I've been trying out the LV-1 and have had some noise/earthing issues, so have removed the OneAC AC Power Interface 1500 transformer I've been using to run most of my gear through, which has helped.
Couldn't hear any difference with my amp either on mains outlet or through the OneAC. But it needs to be on the same power feed as the LV-1. Doesn't worry the P75/4 either way! Will have another listen tomorrow with a multibox.

The LV-1 assumes you are on a common ground connection, which you should be. Separating them is never good as it gives rise to ground leakage current loops in the system. Talk to me directly if you need to. Gary

Hi Gary Figured that out.Got rid of the OneAC and listening today I have no problems with the LV-1 or the other! And other noise has gone as well. Been basking in the sound the last few days with the LV-1 in my system. Been writing up my opinions on it, to follow in the other thread! Definitely a keeper for me.
