and thanks to you Owen for providing this fine forum, your efforts throughout the year are much appreciated. Although the above album is definately not on my Christmas wishlist, it's the thought that counts!

Merry Christmas All! Although my family has taken me to the UK, I still love NZ, my former home. That's why I still like to chat with, and help where possible, fellow NZ audio enthusiasts. 😉

Best wishes to all over the festive season, hopefully some time to lay back and unwind. Personally looking forward to boxing day, a single malt or three and time to enjoy the record that my daughter has for me(Songs Ohia, The Lioness deluxe reissue)

No snow here yet, foveaux, but might be some on the way next week. Snow in Scotland and high parts of Wales though. About 5c here in the south and lots of rain and fierce wind straight off the Atlantic. I think I remember seeing the sun for 2 hours a few days ago. My first Christmas in the northern hemisphere!

Merry Xmas to all, But its going to be a wet one for Auckland, so chucking the hyped-up-on-sugar and generally over-stimulated kids outside in the rain might be frowned upon now-a-days! Heaven help us adults tomorrow... Cheers Grinch
