For Computer audiophiles who store their music files on a PC/NAS/cloud storage, French company ALLO offered their inexpensive (US$99) DigiOne HAT (Hardware Attached on Top) board for the Raspberry Pi computer - in order to provide a high quality coax or BNC output to your DAC. According to John DARKO, we heard that the sound quality is good enough to easily 'surpass' that from say the US$549 Auralic Aies Mini 'streamer'.

Now, for US$239, ALLO offer a DigiOne Signature version, which is split into of 2 boards, with a separately-powered, galvanically-isolated 'clean' re-clocking board sitting on top of the 'dirty' receiver board. Again, reports DARKO, with battery PSU (for the top board) & in combo with the Raspberry Pi, it's good enough to smoke a US$1600 Auralic Aries (original) streamer with linear PSU option.
