Only used them twice before nearly two years ago and shipping was about US$20 for about 10lps. Can't recall what the packaging was like but don't remember having any problems with damages.
This time shipping was only $9.99
The Wilco and Bragg I have sound great. I'd say that generally the SQ is very good.

Shipped on 19th, arrived today. All records placed in a reinforced box, but not tightly packed (an inch or so free space, with no packing material).
Expecting the worse but surprisingly no corner damages. Sent via UPS, and Now Couriers at the local end.
Only NZ$18 per album (with 6 of them doubles, so actually only about NZ$11 per LP!).

Still, with relatively cheap shipping (US$16 for 7 albums), came out to only NZ$17.50 each.
Package arrived quickly and even had polystyrene on all corners to protect the covers.
