Yes, the seller has been corrected in stating that the SP-15 was a 'successor to the SP-10' (However, he has not corrected his potentially misleading information.) The SP-15's motor specif appears to be somewhere between the SL-1200 & the SP-10 MkII. A great looking domestic TT design though.

both sp15 and sp25 used custom ICs to control speed etc.
if they die you have a nice paperweight.

No,it got sold along with all the vinyl. She gets by with the Audio Note transport and dac.
