When my Dynavector P75/3 arrives (soon) I will put this pre/power combo up for sale.
The pre is actually very good and is let down a little by the power amp. Pre has the usual suspects, MM & MC phono switchable, tape 1 & 2, plus cd, tuner, aux & video. Usual Linn good quality build, and weigh quite a bit.
Power amp is 50W per channel into 8ohms, and drives my easy load Mission 753s very well. Had a party for a friend recently and he arrived with a lot of heavy bass stuff on his computer which was handled with aplomb by the power amp and speakers.
I paid a bit over the top for them 2nd hand off TM about 4 years ago - $800, but they are not really worth that.
I do not have boxes/packing for them (they came naked), but if necessary will pack well.
Open to reasonable offers. Will throw in a pair of good quality interconnects.
i can deliver/meet up within an hour's drive of my home in Mangonui, or I will be spending just over two weeks in Auckland from 26 May, and can deliver/meet up on way or while there.
condition of both is 7/8 out of 10. Pretek has a very small chip off front top edge, size of a pin head, which shows the white metal underneath.
found a listing on eBay for the Powertek - asking just over $nz600!
